Corporate Membership is open to any business licensed by the CMRAO to provide condominium management services to condominium corporations in Ontario.
As Corporate membership is a tiered category, on the second page of this application, you will be asked to confirm the number of employees you currently have with your firm. For firms with 1-10 employees, the membership fee is $375+HST and includes one employee account; for firms with 11+ employees, the membership fee is $550+HST and includes two employee accounts. When prompted, please ensure the correct number of employees is selected along with number of complimentary employee accounts. These elements will be reviewed before your membership application is approved.
